        The collection comprises over 20,000 various pieces of folk attire,

costumes, stage props and sundry folklore paraphernalia intended for all kinds of educational, artistic and professional programmes. For a greater part the collection contains original costumes the beauty and value of which stand comparison with those from museum collections. Replicas have been reconstructed upon original models. The collection includes costumes from different regions of Croatia, of the Croats living outside their mother country, of the national minorities in Croatia, of other ethnicities.
